Your website design process runs over 12 weeks from start to launch, giving us space for both structure and creative flow.
Week 1 – Soul Discovery
We begin with client onboarding, a clarity session, and your intake forms so we can anchor your vision and map out the path ahead.
Weeks 2–5 – Content Creation
This is where your copywriting comes together, either written by you with my guidance and support, or you can hand the entire copywriting process over to me for an additional fee. During this time, we’ll also gather images and prepare any integrations.
Weeks 6–9 – Visual Direction & Website Build
I bring your site to life with a full build, mobile responsiveness, and integrations that align with your business flow.
Weeks 10–11 – Feedback + Edits
You review the site and share your feedback. Your package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions to make sure it’s feeling aligned.
Week 12 – Launch & Training
Final prep, a full walkthrough video, and support so you feel confident managing your new website.
If you provide your content earlier, we may be able to start the build ahead of schedule.
If content isn’t ready within the first 5 weeks, the project will be paused and rescheduled with a $250 Sacred Holding Fee to secure your new start date.
Yes, you can update your website after it's been built. As part of your handover, I will show you how to use and edit your website.
We use user-friendly platforms like Squarespace and Podia, which allow you to easily manage and update your website content.
As a BONUS, you also get access to our community space where you can ask troubleshooting questions, along with ongoing updates and tips for your website.
This is a space inside Notion that is just for you. You will be able to ask questions, get feedback on your content creation, and receive support.
This is also a space where I will offer check-ins, motivation, and all our online coaching calls will be uploaded in here. If we have done some healing work together and there is integration homework, this will be accessible through this portal.
I understand that this task can seem overwhelming, but I've got your back. When you choose Rebirth Your Biz for your website design, you also get access to our content creation portal. This course-style space breaks down each step of writing your copy and content, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
