Terms & Conditions – Rebirth Your Biz

This agreement is here to hold us in clarity, integrity, and mutual respect as we co-create. By engaging with Rebirth Your Biz whether through coaching, website design, or online courses you agree to the following terms. These are designed to create a safe, sacred, and practical container for our work together.

1. Definitions

  • “Client,” “Customer,” “User,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person purchasing and/or using our services or products.

  • “Company,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Rebirth Your Biz.

  • “Parties” refers to both the Client and Rebirth Your Biz.

2. Services & Products Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • Web design and development projects.

  • Business and spiritual coaching sessions.

  • Online courses, templates, memberships, and other digital products.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions, website development, and digital product use is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Project Timeline (Web Design)

Our web design projects are a 12-week journey, with phases covering Onboarding, Content Gathering, Design/Development, Review, and Handover.

  • All content must be submitted within 5 weeks of project start.

  • Delays beyond this will incur a Sacred Holding Fee of $250 and rescheduling to the next available build slot.

  • Projects paused more than 10 weeks/70 days may be terminated. Payments made remain non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely content via Notion.

  • Supply images/assets you own or have legal rights to use.

  • Approve work within reasonable timeframes to keep the project flowing.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Options: full payment upfront, or a 3–4 instalment plan (depending on package).

  • Work begins after agreement to these Terms and first payment is received.

  • Missed payments pause all work until resolved. Unpaid invoices after 7 days may result in termination, with monies already paid remaining non-refundable.

7. Refund Policy

  • Website projects & coaching: No refunds for work that has commenced or been completed.

  • Digital products & online courses: All purchases are non-refundable. Each course or product is for one individual and may not be shared or redistributed.

  • Cancellations by Client: If you choose to cancel mid-project, payments already made remain non-refundable.

  • Sacred Holding Fee: Non-refundable and in addition to project cost.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, you own the intellectual property rights to your website.

  • Rebirth Your Biz retains the right to display project work in portfolios and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

  • Coaching materials are copyrighted to Rebirth Your Biz.

  • Online courses and digital products remain the intellectual property of Rebirth Your Biz. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them. Sharing or reselling is prohibited.

  • AI-generated images provided by Rebirth Your Biz are licensed for use in your website/marketing but cannot be sold or distributed separately.

9. Revision Policy (Web Design)

  • Projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or major scope changes are quoted separately.

10. Communication & Support

  • Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM AEST.

  • Support via email, project platforms, or text (depending on package). Messages outside of office hours will be answered within 24–48 hours.

  • Technical issues or internet connectivity outside of our control are the responsibility of the Client.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling (Coaching/Calls)

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the appointment.

12. Costs Not Covered

The following are the responsibility of the Client:

  • Domain registration.

  • Website platform subscriptions (Podia, Squarespace, Wix, etc.).

  • Email/automation systems.

13. Post-Launch & Ongoing Services

  • Each package includes a defined period of post-launch support.

  • Optional retainer packages for ongoing maintenance, VA services, or tech assistance are available separately.

14. Liability Disclaimer

Rebirth Your Biz provides services and products “AS IS.” We are not liable for financial outcomes, results, or damages arising from your use of the website, coaching, or courses. Intuitive guidance is supportive only; the Client is responsible for their own choices.

15. Scope Creep & Additional Work

Any requests outside agreed scope (extra pages, branding, content creation, marketing, etc.) will be quoted separately. Work will not begin without written approval.

16. Use of AI & Third-Party Tools

We may use AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Visual Electric, etc.) responsibly and within scope.

17. Final Proofing

The Client is responsible for reviewing all content/design during review stages. Rebirth Your Biz is not responsible for errors identified after final approval.

18. File Delivery & Access

  • Completed deliverables are handed over upon final payment.

  • Clients must securely store their own login credentials and files.

  • Project files are not guaranteed to be stored beyond 30 days post-completion.

19. Unexpected Delays

If illness, platform outages, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances occur, timelines may shift. Both parties agree to work together in good faith to find a new completion date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and apply to international clients as well.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Rebirth Your Biz.
