We start by setting a powerful intention for the session, and I pull from my toolkit to support you in what you are needing most. This toolkit includes chatting, brainstorming, creating logical action plans, shamanic healing, uncovering blocks, sound healing, social media tech support, and other tools as needed.
Together, we set clear goals and create an action plan to achieve them. Throughout the session, I provide empowerment and support, cheering you on and offering guidance. We end with a reflection and integration process
Yes, we offer additional support between coaching sessions through text message support. You can reach out to us via Signal, WhatsApp, Instagram, text, or email. We understand that questions or insights may come up outside of our sessions, so we're here to support you during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8-5ish). Our goal is to respond to your messages within a few hours unless otherwise notified of days I am not available.
It's important to us that you practice self-care and respect boundaries, so we encourage you to reach out during our business hours for timely responses. We also want to remind you that after-hours and weekend response times may take up to 24-48 hours.
